The following five basic configurations are available for Multitoron®.
Thanks to the made-to-order production system, the thickness and width can be made to order as desired.
Notes: Specifications may differ depending on the structure. Please consult with the person in charge for details.
ZS : This co-extrusion multilayer film is comprised of PA (polyamide) and sealant. It contributes to simplification of the lamination structure. CPP for retorts can also be used.
[Structure: PA/PE, PA/PP]
ZM : This film features a highly heat-resistant PA surface layer and a middle layer of EVOH.
[Structure: PA/EVOH/PP, PA/EVOH/PE]
ZP : This film features a middle PA layer, semi gas barrier properties, high mechanical strength, and deep drawability.
[Structure: PE/PA/PE, PP/PA/PP]
ZE : This film features a middle EVOH layer, high gas barrier performance, good solvent barrier performance, and content-barrier-proof qualities (prevents delamination).
[Structure: PE/EVOH/PE, PP/EVOH/PP]
ZV : This film features PA and EVOH middle layers, high mechanical strength, and good gas barrier performance.
