ANKARA, Turkey, 13 April 2012 – Sanem Printing｡ﾇs plastic coil (PVC & PET), filament (PVC & PET), wire comb binding, bag handles and bags have successfully passed all quality and security tests. Sanem Printing｡ﾇs products｡ﾇ quality has been approved by UKAS. All our customers can use Sanem｡ﾇs safe, environmentally friendly products that don｡ﾇt contain any heavy metals with peace of mind. We are proud to announce that all of our products are safe for children (flammability test, toy security2); they don｡ﾇt contain any heavy metals (lead, cobalt, arsenic, chromium) and phthalate; they don｡ﾇt cause allergies (paint, PAHS, AZO, toxic); and they have successfully passed all REACH, chemical and security tests.
100% recycling of Sanem packaging. Sanem has renewed the design of wire comb binding and filament reels and switched to 100% recyclable material. It is the first company in Turkey that uses rigid corrugated cardboard sidewalls and paper spool tube in making of its 100% recyclable reels. This product has significantly reduced the stacking costs of our customers as it is easily disassembled.
Sanem has started producing PET filament. Sanem Printing has added PET coil and filament to its binding supplies product range. Our products that are made of PET have also been tested and certified for security and compliance. They are 100% recyclable and non-hazardous to human health.
Sanem manufactured Turkey｡ﾇs first binding machine for plastic coil. In addition to its previously manufactured wire spiral binding machines, Sanem has manufactured SA 330P plastic coil binding machine which is a new binding system. The machine has been completely designed by Turkish engineers. The companies that use plastic coil can increase their production capacity and speed with this convenient machine.
Sanem has renewed its wire spiral machines. Sanem Printing has renewed its SA610 punching and SA520 binding machine and is now launching them as 601S and SA520S. These punching and binding machines that are entirely manufactured by Sanem enable our customers to increase their production speed and capacity with their collection bands.
Sanem is at DRUPA. Sanem products are currently exported to 57 countries.
