TOKYO, July 21, 2011 – Solar Frontier announced today that it will supply around 20 kW of its CIS thin-film solar modules to Tokyo Sky Tree’s commercial facility, Tokyo Solamachi, in cooperation with Tobu Energy Support. The modules will be installed on the roof of the 9th floor and the rooftop garden on the 8th floor of Tokyo Solamachi to supply power to appliances within the shopping complex. » Read More
Solar Frontier Modules Receive UK MCS Certification

Munich, July 20, 2011 – Solar Frontier today announced that its SF130-150 series CIS (copper, indium, selenium) thin-film modules have received MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) certification through BRE Global. Internationally recognized, the MCS certification mark is required for solar modules to be eligible for feed-in-tariffs for PV installations below 50kWp capacity. Solar Frontier Ships 150 Watt CIS Modules Globally

TOKYO, July 14, 2011 – Solar Frontier today announced that it has started shipping 150 Watt CIS modules after accelerating its production roadmap and achieving production targets ahead of schedule at its state-of-the-art Kunitomi plant in Japan. These high-performance modules are now shipping to customers around the world.
