Using a touch roller weight canceling rewinder, the winder peripheral rollers, such as the touch roller and pick-up roller, are included in one unit. This revolutionary winder moves the touch roller horizontally with an AC servo motor. The winder attaches the material without any folding (optional mechanism). It also eliminates folding and all wrinkles caused by folding at the outset of standard rewinding, so the material can be used to the roll core.

Characteristics:
This machine is a new type of vertical edge winding machine for winding the edges trimmed from films on the film production line. The slit edges are wound on a vertical reel. When the reel is full, the winding frame automatically contracts as if it were an umbrella to release the wound edge, while attaching and cutting for the next winding are also automatic. Because rewinding is automatic, this machine can be used on high-speed lines. Moreover, because it does not use a paper core, there is no need to deal with a paper core when the wound edges are reused or discarded.
