Highly functional DLC film forming roll

広告データ 先端表面処理技術を用いた高機能性ロールの開発

Development of highly functional rolls using advanced surface treatment technology. The use of high-performance DLC film technology developed through industry-academia-government collaboration enables high-quality production of next-generation electronic device equipment.Our DLC film is a surface-treated hard functional film compatible with gravure rolls and guide rolls for conveyance for the purpose of producing high quality films.

<Advantages of various rolls>

・Gravure roll

1) Improve smoothness of cell surface, 2) Reduce damage to mating substrate, 3) Reduce clogging of coating liquid, 4) Reduce threading of coating liquid, 5) Variation in film thickness of 2% or less Precision coating, 6) Antistatic function can be added

・Web handring roll

1) Improved anti-dirt effect, 2) Harder than chrome plating, with superior friction and wear characteristics, 3) Improved corrosion resistance, 4) Possible to provide antistatic function

・Rubber roll

1) Achieves low friction while maintaining the elastic properties of rubber. 2) Prevents wrinkles caused by grips during transport. 3) Reduces stains on mating substrates due to bleeding. 4) Stable antistatic function can be provided
