Control System Tension Controller/Tension Meter

Tension Controller C500 controls tension during running of materials processed in sheet form, including paper, fabric, fibers, film, rubber, and metal.

Characteristics
-Unwinding, feed, and rewinding unit control via a brake, clutch, electro-pneumatic converter, and motor
-Tension detection unit can be connected to either the LS series or LA series
-Suited to dancer control, in addition to control using tension pickup
-Detects line speed and roll diameter to allow for flexible control
-Can be operated by linking with high order equipment, such as sequencers
-Simple program used to modify the internal controller operations
-Wide variety of applicable I/O: power output (0 to 24v, max 4A), 4 to 20mA output, analog output, digital output, pulse output, analog input, digital input, pulse input
