Flat expanders (FE) are elastic band type straight wrinkle removing rolls, and expand the following webs (sheets) and remove wrinkles without distorting a web. The flat expander has obtained high evaluation from the consumer as a wrinkle removing roll can be used easily with its light rotation. Since it is an elastic band type, an elastic band can be easily exchangeable on the site.

Miravo Roll (MRV) is a rubber tube type straight wrinkle removing roll, and the webs, such as a nonwoven fabric, a plastic film, paper, glass fiber, and metallic foil, are ideally expanded and at the same time a wrinkle can be removed without distorting a web.
Miravo Roll (MRV) is designed to be adapted for the factory line of a thinner web which needs more nearly high-speed and more precise expansion as compared with an elastic band type (FE) wrinkle removing roll.

LPC web guide system has been used widely in paper, a film, rubber, the fiber industry, etc. since the development / commercial production in 1953.

[ Feature ]
■ The LPC web guide system consists of a detector, a control device, and a drive machine.
A control device can be chosen based on selection of a detector and a drive machine.
■ General classification of a detector will divide it into an optical reflective type, an optical transmission type, and an ultrasonic transmission type.
A reflective type detector is mainly used for detection of a line mark, and a penetration type detector is mainly used for the edge detection of a web.
■ According to a form of operation, a straight line type actuator, a rotating type roll guider, and a revolving control motor can be chosen.

– Compared with conventional device PW-1000, it raises the resolution of control 10 times and raises a response 3 times. The highly precise meandering correction control with little hunching is possible.
– It equips with a touch panel (5.7-inch color TFT). Since it can be operated intuitively, setup and adjustment can be performed in comfort. The operating condition of the amount of corrections of a line or a drive machine is also displayed clearly. It can operate while controlling a meandering correction.
