This clean pilot coater/dryer developed based on years of results and experience with advanced coating systems meets the needs of the user. The machine is manufactured in line with the C5 concept essential to high-quality coating/drying being proposed by Techno Smart.

The C5 concept is:
C1: cassette change coater head
C2: closed coating fluid supply
C3: class 100 cleanroom standard
C4: compact for reduced space, energy, and running costs
C5: computerized for increased yield via a user friendly interface

Given these features, the clean pilot coater handles a wide range of applications, from development, to prototyping and production for many of our users. Our Shiga plant has the following permanent test machines, which can be used for development, prototyping, and specification confirmation.
