[ Feature ]
This machine is designed with an individual friction winding type by two axes of upper and lower sides.
(1) The newly developed ball lock type individual air friction shaft is adopted.
(2) Easy to take out a product by a horizontal turn winding shaft
(3) Swing arm type shaftless cup device for rolled material is option (with EPC)
(4) Rotating speed control of a winding shaft performs highly precise control with an inverter.
(5) Individual holding rollers could be gone up and down all at once in the air cylinder, and made product extraction easy.
(6) Winding core positioning equipment can be gone up and down all at once in an air cylinder.
