MD Series Multi-drive Rotogravure Printing Machine

マルチドライブ型グラビア輪転印刷機 MD SERIES

Characteristics:
AC servo motor direct drive
The machine allows for precision cylinder phase control because it does not use a timing belt or reduction gear. The source of the printing cylinder phase is the motor source. The MD machine does not require an initial register bar and laser pointer, either. As such, printing can begin immediately once the printing cylinders are set.

Consistent Registration Precision
Equipped with the latest tension and color control, the machine maintains consistent registration precision even with conventional printing cylinders. When aiming for high registration precision (within ±0.05 mm), we suggest the necessary conditions, such as printing cylinder precision.

Significantly Reduced Loss
The result of the high-functional operations management system reduces loss to within a few meters. Therefore, the product rate is nearly 100%, significantly reducing waste paper.

High Operational Rate
Utilizing blank printing, free units, and an operational control system, operational rates are greatly increased, making it ideal for short runs.

Water-based Gravure Printing, Process Printing
By changing out the dryer and doctor, for example, the system can be used for water-based gravure printing and process printing.
