Characteristics:
-Simultaneously inspects for defects (debris, voids, splatter, blurring, printing misalignment, etc.) inline on printed matter while inspecting tone for the entire image, as well as displaying a graph of the difference with the standard for each ink key width on a monitor.
-Can be set to inspect important tonal areas (skin tones, company logo marks, etc.) for precision inspection.
-Inspection is fully automated with the touch of one button, from master registration to beginning inspection.
-Manual setting of defect inspection areas (maximum of 10 locations) and inspection level (5 levels) is also possible.
-Inspection history can be displayed on the machine, or printed out on a small attached printer and uploaded to CD/DVDs.
-The inspection head can also be installed on an operation stand for offline tone inspection of the entire printed image (can be attached to a maximum of 10 printing machines).
